Soothe Your Nervous System with Healing Touch

Heart-Centered and Nurturing -

May is the month we celebrate mothers and mothers to be! Being a woman in the 21st century is not an easy task. Women face challenges daily that are now being compounded with COVID issues. Women manage careers, households, and families just to name a few responsibilities! Anxiety can be a precipitate of all this stress. When we are not in ease in our bodies due to all of the stressors, “dis”ease can occur. Self-care is the answer during these stressful times.

Energy Healing is a perfect way to relax, heal and balance the body and is important to include in any self care regime. Healing Touch is an energy modality that is heart-centered and nurturing. It uses gentle intentional touch that assists in balancing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. It assists in creating a balanced energy field which supports one's ability to heal.

There are many techniques included in Healing Touch that the practitioner can use to help the body self-heal. The practitioner can use their hands on the body or in the client’s energy field. An energy assessment is done prior to the treatment and the practitioner then decides the appropriate sequence to use. Clients report a sense of deep peace and relaxation. Many report they feel like they have had a full body massage–their minds are clear and they sleep much better.

Now, more than ever is the time to take care of yourself. Self-care with Healing Touch can improve your quality of life by soothing the nervous system. Take an hour for yourself to recharge your body so that you can take on the demands of your busy life.
